Well, after a very-full-of-fun summer sadly it was time for my kiddos to return to school. Samuel was super excited and Lillie was 3rd grade excited. A lot of people have been telling her how difficult 3rd grade is so even though she is a stellar student she was a tad nervous. Here they are:
Sam the Man! He is going into 1st grade this year! He also got his favorite pick for a teacher, Mrs. Gonzalez, and he got two of his best friends Frank, and Garrett in his class. It's going to be a great year!
Ms. Lil'Star! She is going into 3rd grade this year and despite her fears the year is off to a great start. She also got her favorite pick for a teacher, Mrs. Lopez, and she got 2 of her best-ies in the class also, Abby, and Sophia. You're gonna wow everyone this year baby girl!
And here is Mr. Grant. This is the first thing I found him doing after the big kids left: pulling blankets out of the entertainment center and hiding. Too cute : ) He loves to have them come home at the end of each day but he plays really well by himself also. Oh also, everyone wore their new clothes today and he wanted to wear his too.... "cuz it's the first day of school mom!" What a funny guy!
And here is Grant 2 weeks later in the same shirt on his 1st day of school ever! His pre-school is 1 day a week for 5 hours. It's the same school that L and S attended and we are thrilled to have another Doolittle there. So is the staff!
Here he is, so grown up. I can't believe my baby boy is off into the world!
And he is way into dinosaurs all of a sudden, this is his new favorite shirt and it never quite makes it into the drawer. It's straight from the laundry basket onto his back : )
