Grant was doing homework by spelling his words in shaving cream and S and L wanted to join in the fun. As an added bonus my table got a much needed scrub down :)

My best girl and I hanging at Kneaders after women's conference
This is one of Isaac's new favorite places to be. Yes, he pulls out my folded dish towels over and over, and yes I had to clear out all of the dangerous to baby things I normally store under here. But it's totally worth it.
Whoa! It's twins! Totally unplanned.
Never mind, here he is with the turkey. I really did remember to put it somewhere else!
Grant was my only one that wanted to participate in the Literary Pumpkin Patch this year.
He did "If you give a mouse a cookie"
G and Mrs. Friesenhahn. Seriously, the most excellent 1st grade teacher ever.

BIKE RODEO
Samuel ridin' like a boss
(I totally got there right as Grant was competing so I wasn't able to get any pics)
G 1st place (1st grade) and S 3rd place (4th grade). Way to go boys!
T and L at a daddy/daughter activity days
Isaac loves those plastic pumpkins (just like all my babies have!)
Donuts for A's! It turns out that Krispy Kreme gives out a free donut for every A on your report card. So we headed over there the minute report cards came out. Samuel had gone to Teancum's house for a play date and was initially super bummed that he missed out. All was remedied when I assured him that he could share in their spoils as there was no way I was allowing L and G to eat 6 donuts each. We love free stuff!
Driscoll's Literary Fall Festival
Lillie and some of her girlies at the school's "dress like a book character night"
At the finals of the costume contest. L dressed as Lillie's Purple Plastic Purse came in 2nd!
Neighborhood's Fall Block Party
So our neighborhood does a fantastic fall festival. Yummy food catered by Rudy's, fun games and bounce houses, and an AMAZING face painter! The pictures do not do justice to the talent of the woman there:
Library fun
Mobile Bake Sale
So the kiddos decided that they wanted to raise money to buy their own Christmas presents for their family members and they came up with the idea of holding a mobile bake sale. It was pretty genius! Each big kid picked a treat and helped me to make it. L made fudge brownies, S chose chocolate chip cookie bars, and G made chocolate covered rice krispy treats. They had to pay me back for the ingredients and supplies. They made these adorable signs and then we went around the neighborhood and they peddled their treats. They made over $70! It was a pretty "sweet" (haha) day. They learned some responsibility, how to start and run a business, how to work together, and got to enjoy the satisfaction of choosing nice things to give each other for Christmas and know that they earned their own money. It was awesome to see them get so excited about the things that they bought for each other with their hard earned money!
So cute! I love being with these kids!

I love that Isaac is starting to eat with us at the table. What a cutie!
Taking in some television with L
Seismic Isaac helped me organize the closet under the stairs one morning.
He loved having a new place to explore!
