FHE
What better way to mark the beginning of the Christmas season than with our annual 1st Monday after Thanksgiving FHE of Santa letter writing, Christmas Tree Decorating, and Christmas treat favorites for snack.
G's year for topping the tree
Isaac was way into the tree and decorations this year so some modifications had to be made. Like putting the tree in the front room instead of the living room for most of the holiday...
This year we decided to simplify our "looking at Christmas lights" activity and opted to walk around our neighborhood as opposed to driving all over the city. How did it go you ask?.....SO much more enjoyable! Everyone was way more engaged, it was great to be out in the night air, and we were able to stop for as long as we wanted in front of the cool houses without disturbing other drivers! Two thumbs up from everyone and we will definitely continue this tradition.
Our house! Tim and I had a great time S. in front of his favorite house
decorating together this year.

Bass Pro Shops
I love that we meet with the Zufelt family every year to meet Santa and enjoy the store's Winter Wonderland. We had a great time again this year and ended the evening with dinner at Chick Fil A.
Crafting
Visiting the fish
These kids had a great time as always running around on the boats.
(Us moms had a great time sitting and visiting on the boats :)
S. is such a good sport. He finally took the pink gun to use because the kid next to him wouldn't give the brown one up for anyone else to use. Nice job Samuel!
S. as his winter party playing minute to win it games
(G. I'm so sorry that I didn't get any pictures at your party this year!)
