HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUDREY! - 39
Welcome to the last of your 30's mom! And your about to be a brand new mom again! Tim was away for my birthday for work but he sent the cutest little gift box. When I opened the lid all of the sides popped down to expose lots of pictures of our family (flowers spilled everywhere :) and there was a yummy cake inside. What a fun surprise! Grammy came to celebrate (and make an ice cream cake) and we had a fun time with the kids.
SAMS FALL PLAY
Sam made it into advanced theatre this year and has been having a blast in it! This is their UIL performance Medea.
G had his all day chess tournament early this year (the school that hosts it is closing for renovations). It was another great day! He has really enjoyed all of the skills he has learned and friends he has made.
BROADWAY NIGHT
L auditioned and made it into Vandy Choir's Broadway Night. She did a marvelous job! It has been so much fun to see her grow.
ICE STORM
GINGERBREAD HOUSE EXTRAVAGANZA
This year we invited friends to our "build your own gingerbread house" traditional event.
HOCKEY GAME
We went to a Texas Stars hockey game with the Peterson's and Cutlers. None of us know much about hockey but there was a lot of yelling, fighting, and friends. It was a totally great time!
THANKSGIVING:
T-giving day: Tim and the boys were at the Cowboys game so I took Lillie and Isaac down to SA to celebrate with Grammy. We ate midday at Cracker Barrel and Lillie got a cute new haircut!
COWBOYS GAME
Unbeknownst to these guys this was the last Cowboys game they would attend together. They've been gonig for years and loving it. Covid was on the cusp of arrival in the spring (the entire world was still blissfully unaware of how absolutely everything would shut down and change). Incredibly sadly, it took the life of our dear friends Andrew Larry. I am so glad we were able to make so many wonderful memories again this year.
FRIENDSGIVING
It's time for Thanksgiving 2.0! The day after the big day when everyone gets back from the cowboys games and we do our big meal. This year we hosted the Larry's, Weatherford Doolittles, Dean Watson, and the Gardners.
